Since the installation of the WTG-Quantor GmbH cooler model Q1412 P1 with 141 kW at the Diamantaki Winery in Kato Asites, Heraklion, three months ago, the cooling and stabilization process has been running smoothly. The cooler maintains a constant temperature of -10°C, which is used for glycol stabilization of the wine tanks. According to Zacharias, the new cooling system has made this year's harvest the easiest for him, as he was able to achieve consistently low and stable temperatures in his tanks for the first time. This efficient cooling ensures optimal conditions and improved wine production.

The Quantor Q972 LN cooling unit with 97 kW was successfully installed at the Barafakas Winery in Nemea, providing efficient cooling. Starting next week, an additional Q352R heat pump cooler with 35 kW will be used exclusively for harvest stabilization. These advanced cooling technologies ensure optimal conditions for wine production and contribute to quality assurance.

In this project, we successfully implemented the VinInfo control and regulation system alongside the QUANTOR Q352R cooling unit at a renowned winery in France. The VinInfo system enables precise control and monitoring of all cellar processes—from fermentation management to temperature regulation. The QUANTOR Q352R provides flexible and reliable cooling and heating, perfectly suited for the demands of beverage production. 

Thanks to the seamless integration of these systems, the winery is now optimally equipped, benefiting from maximum efficiency, flexibility, and safety in production.

Successful commissioning! Our Q+972 (R32) is now ensuring reliable cooling for the 500m² warehouse of a pharmaceutical shipping company. 

With 12 ceiling cassettes, the warehouse is consistently maintained at 20°C, with an impressive accuracy of ±1°C. The system is controlled by the building's modern Building Management System (BMS), ensuring optimal efficiency and control.

This smart installation in an Austrian distillery offers an energy-efficient and water-saving alternative to traditional well water cooling. Thanks to the recooler, the cooling water temperature remains at 18°C year-round – for 70% of the time without any additional help. When outdoor temperatures rise above 18°C, the Quantor chiller unit takes over and provides the remaining cooling capacity. 

This way, our energy costs stay low, and we don't waste precious drinking water. A true win for efficiency and sustainability!

Boutari Winery is located in beautiful Tripoli (Greece) and has now been equipped with our Q2174 chilled water recooler. 

Our sales representative George Alexantrakis (left in picture) installed the system on site and made our customer, winemaker and cellar master Alexandros Tzachristas (right in picture) from Boutari Winery happy. With a wonderful view, our Quantor Q151 and Buffer Tank BK300 were installed at Brewery La Gwape in Valmeinier. Now nothing stands in the way of brewing.

This big Quantor cooling unit (~ 1.000 kW) has been installed at a cooperative in the South of France, together with our distributor for this region.

This brewery in the South-West of France has been equipped with our VinInfo-system for control, regulation and information, with INOX touchscreen 42" hanging on the cellar wall for immediate acces while working. Of course, the system can also be managed from the VinInfo-server in the office. Lots of additional Quantor-equipment is used in this brewery: Quantor PRO cooling unit Q241R, Dual-Zone Changer, steam generator TopHeat, yeast activator Yeast-Booster PRO, flotation pump KSE Plus 4000, ...

The winery 'La Tour Melas' owned by Kyros Melas produces about 150.000 bottles of wine per year. They have installed a Q822 - the first cooling unit of the new QUANTOR series in Greece. 

In the following years a control cabinet type FermBox (20) with Ferm-Software as well as 3 thermo fans type SD 73 have been added to complete the installation. The Q822 has been replaced by a Q922R - as heating possibility is also needed. Moreover, this new unit is equipped with heat recovery option to guarantee a better use of energy.

Alma Valley Winery is located on the Crimea peninsula, in the valley of the Alma River. The new and very modern winery became operational. The cooling units have been delivered and started up by Kreyer technical team, the VinInfo was completed started up by our service technician Peter Alten.
