Description
The Kreyo PRO series represents a new generation of air-cooled chillers, specifically developed for the production of potable liquids. Equipped with the modern, environmentally friendly refrigerant R32, which has a low Global Warming Potential (GWP), this product line offers state-of-the-art, sustainable cooling technology.
Designed for outdoor installation, Kreyo PRO units are built to operate reliably even under extreme environmental conditions – at ambient temperatures from -20 °C to +46 °C, and up to +52 °C in partial load mode. The water temperature range is equally impressive, with the ability to provide chilled water from -12 °C to +20 °C, and hot water up to +55 °C.
The series includes two models with cooling capacities of 40 kW and 50 kW**, offering a future-proof, energy-efficient solution for wine, beer, and beverage producers who require cooling (or heating) during the production process.
For even higher performance requirements, the Kreyo PRO INVERTER models are available. These units feature an inverter compressor and a variable-speed inverter pump instead of traditional on/off components. This allows for variable cooling output from 30% to 100%, resulting in up to 30% energy savings during partial load operation or periods of reduced cooling demand.
Characteristics
Even the standard configuration of Kreyo PRO includes a wide range of advanced technical features to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Each unit comes equipped with:
- Reversible configuration for both heating and cooling
- Frequency-controlled EC fans for optimized airflow
- Integrated hydraulic module with low-pressure pump and flow switch
- Insulated stainless steel piping on the water side
- Plate heat exchanger for high thermal efficiency
- Electronic expansion valve for enhanced performance at partial load
- Phase protection, anti-vibration mounts, and condenser protection grille
- Water filter (supplied separately)
